About

WHAT?

Joint Master Programme in Groundwater and Global Change - Impacts and Adaptation (acronym GroundwatCh).

WHEN?

The next edition of the GroundwatCh programme will start in September 2024. We are open for applications!

           HOW TO APPLY?

See here all the information on how to apply and here information on scholarships. Submission deadlines for an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship application: 8 January 2024 (for non-European applicants) / 15 February 2024 (for applicants from Europe).

Where?

1st Semester: Lisbon

Period: September - February

Instituto Superior Técnico (Portugal) is the largest and most prestigious school of engineering in Portugal. It provides the program participants with the Environmental Engineering perspective.

2nd Semester: Delft

Period: March - July

You will study at IHE Delft (the Netherlands). It is the largest international graduate Water Education Institute in the world that has provided graduate education to more than 15,000 water professionals from over 162 countries.

3rd Semester: Dresden

Period: September- February

The TU Dresden (Germany) is one of the 10 largest and best universities of engineering and technology in Germany. It offers renowned expertise in climate and hydrology with its well-matched combination of engineering, geo and natural sciences.

4th Semester: Research Thesis

Period: March - August

For the completion of the programme, our students will accomplish their MSc thesis at any of the three program universities or associated partners both in the private or public sector.
